LOS ANGELES, Calif., (August, 2021) – Last week, project-based learning platform Project Pals, Inc. was named a Secondary Education Winner at Tech & Learning’s 2021 Awards of Excellence for Back to School. Tech & Learning is an award-winning publication connecting educators and administrators with innovative tools and technology that enhance student learning. Their new “Best Tools for Back to School” program promotes standout solutions for supporting student success in an ever-changing learning environment.

Project Pals exceeded the expectations of Tech & Learning’s panel of advisors, who evaluated entries on ease of use, value, versatility, and problem-solving ability. Throughout the pandemic, Project Pals received positive feedback from users for maintaining student engagement and achievement levels despite the difficulties of distance learning.

“As we head into another uncertain year in education, technology will continue to be one of the key drivers for innovation,” says Tech & Learning Group publisher Christine Weiser. “Our judges chose the winning products recognized here for their versatility, compatibility, value, and ability to help schools solve challenges and support continuous instruction. Congratulations to all of our winners.”

Tech & Learning previously reviewed Project Pals back in 2018, praising the platform’s easy-to-navigate environment and analytical tools for teachers.

“We’re very excited to receive this important award from Tech & Learning—another in a series of awards and positive reviews we’ve accumulated from industry leaders like Tech & Learning and Common Sense Education since 2018," says CEO Miriam Bogler. "Our top priority is to provide a scalable solution to facilitate authentic and effective learning for all students."
